Shigeo Ito began his accounting practice in 1950 when he saw an opportunity to provide personalized and timely services to companies at a reasonable cost.

In 1980, the firm incorporated when Gerry joined the practice after having worked four years for Kenneth Leventhal & Co. in Century City.
